Cancellation & Refund Policy
💡 Cancellation Deadline: Any cancellation made by 31 July 2026 from the conference date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds can be made after 31 July 2026.
- Cancellations must be notified by email to the conference secretariat.
- As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty.
- The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
Terms & Conditions
- All fees are to be paid in full upon registration.
- Registration fee is inclusive of 8% SST.
- Registered fees include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch, tea breaks, and conference kit.
- Participants will be notified of their confirmed registration via e-mail only upon receipt of full payment.
- Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given.
- Any medical information collected will be used by the organiser solely for the purpose of this conference.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
- The organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
- The organiser will not be held liable for any loss during the conference.
